CDL-A OTR Truck Driver

You’ll haul a wide mix of freight using specialized equipment—keeping every haul fresh and every day productive.

Pay & Details

  • Top Pay: 60 CPM Base + Up to 4 CPM Bonus; Extra $0.05/mile for HAZMAT
  • Health Coverage: Full insurance and benefits package
  • Dry Van: 50% drop and hook, 50% live load/unload
  • Clean Inspection Bonus: $200 for clean level 1 DOT inspections, and $100 for other clean DOT inspections
  • Top-Tier Equipment: Assigned, late-model Volvos and Freightliners (3 years or newer) with APUs, drop-and-hook freight, and no driver-facing cameras.

Requirements

  • Age: 23 or older
  • License: Valid Class A CDL
  • Experience: 12+ months of verifiable CDL-A
  • Must obtain Tanker and Hazmat endorsements within 90 days of employment.
  • Safety: Clean driving record—no major violations, accidents, or drug/alcohol offenses in the last 5 years; acceptable PSP score
  • Stability: No more than 3 job changes in the past 12 months
  • Professionalism: Dependable, respectful, and drug-free (no SAP)
